The APPLE STRIP is the best solution for peeling big quantities of apples and pears.
The machine can do at the same time three operations: peeling, cutting the core out (option) and the slicing (option) of the fruit.

Three-step process:

    - Putting the fruit by hand
    - Automatic peeling
    - Cutting the core out of the fruit and, if requested, dividing with a dividing star
It is possible to cut in slices too, with different thickness.
