• GREAT PRATICITY. Just for their same function the cutters must be able to reduce and to slim the operations carried out every day in the job; in order to do that, it is necessary a product that expects some practical constructive solutions. The cutter proposes:

  - a control board wiht selection of the desired speed ( only on the nodel DL/5V2 and 8V2)

• External structure and tank in stainless steel 18/10.
• Cover and supportplate of the tank in non-toxic plastic material (polycarbonate)
• Electronic panel (low tension) in polycarbonate with the following functions: start-up, stop, double speed (where foreseen), removable push-button for jog-motion.
• 3-phases motor with 1 or 2 working speed ( or mono-phase with only one speed)
• Equipment in compliance with the strictest national and international hygienic and safety norms, with EC certification .
• Noise level less than 70 dB.
