These fillers have been designed for gravity filling of bottles with different products as wine, edible oil, and others.

The filler is supplied with a feeding pump, a filter with pads and a product recoiling basin easy to clean.

The machine is available with 3 - 4 - 6 nozzles as well.

The filler is mainly comprehensive of 5 assemblies:

  • Aisi.304 stainless steel frame, mounted on wheels, with braking system
  • Aisi.304 stainless steel tank, with mechanic probe for product level
  • Self-centering movable nozzles, to place and remove the bottles easily
  • Filtering assembly with 20 pads 20x20
  • Motor-pump assembly with by-pass system
  • Rotary pumps with natural non-toxic rubber, neoprene, EPDM or sylicon impeller are available on demand.
  • Dimensions: 600 x 500 x 1500 mm.
