The RTRV700-A filling and capping machine is designed for filling cylindrical glass bottles with thick products as edible oil, syrups, fruit nectars and capping with aluminium screw caps.

Machine available in different versions with 6 - 10 or 12 valves high-vacuum filler and single-head capper.
The capper is equipped with a top hopper for automatic distribution of the ropp caps onto the bottle.

  • Chassis of the machine in strong mechanical carpentry completely clad in stainless steel AISI 304 with wide lateral access doors
    Safety guards in compliance with the CE norms with panels of plastic material and safety micro-switches
